Shipping policy

Free shipping applies to Fathom Diving orders with a total of $100 or more, including taxes and excluding shipping. Orders under $100 ship by Canada Post Expedited Parcel; the shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order. We ship within Canada only and cannot ship to the United States or other countries. Orders ship from our warehouse in Ottawa, Ontario.

Once a package leaves our warehouse it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it on time, and there can be delays. Delivery timelines given by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you need a package shipped as soon as possible, please contact us so we can process your order first.

Online orders are processed Monday to Friday only and can take 1-2 business days to process depending on volume. Lead times may increase by an additional 4-5 days over holidays and sale events, but we do our best to get you your package as soon as possible!
